Litigation can be expensive and time consuming. Whenever possible, negotiated resolution of disputes can be beneficial to individuals and businesses. However, when litigation is required because a client has been sued or it is necessary to vindicate a client's rights, then I draw upon 45 years of experience as a litigator in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals in the District of Columbia and Maryland
